If you subscribe by email, Zero to Bathos stores your email address and records needed to confirm, deliver, unsubscribe, suppress failed deliveries, and honour access or deletion requests.

Cloudflare processes subscription requests and stores the subscription record. Resend processes the address to send confirmation and publication emails. The address is not sold, used for advertising, or imported from another list.

Zero to Bathos uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and Speed Insights to measure real-world page performance. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and reports anonymized, aggregated data; Speed Insights records web performance measurements. These services are used only to understand and improve the site.

Unconfirmed requests are removed after a short retention period. Confirmed records are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion; limited suppression information may be retained to prevent unwanted delivery. Emails do not use first-party open or click tracking.

Every publication email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. To request a copy or deletion of your subscription record, emailaccounts@zerotobathos.com.
